Joseph J. Chiarella
Joe Chiarella is a retired United States Army Special Operations Combat Medic and presently, businessman. He decided to create the QRF app after his wife, a parachute rigger and combat veteran, committed suicide in 2022. Since then Joe, like many of you, has lost too many brothers to veteran suicide. The result of his efforts to stop veteran suicide is a partnership with 4 computer geniuses from the University of Memphis to create the QRF app.

Joe currently resides in West Tennessee with his girlfriend and 4 children. “Veteran Suicide Ends Now”.
